Join us any time in May. The support group is now open! This will help you get motivated and organised by connecting with other community members and providing you with tips and information.
The Challenge officially starts Saturday 2nd June. We find the weekend is the best time to begin. If you can’t start on this date, not to worry, you can commence anytime in June. Join in all the fun as you do the 4 Phase Challenge in a supportive community, where everyone supports and encourages each other. You will be guided by our wonderful coaches, Mel and Leanne, who had their own success on the Protocol, and have now become our coaches. They are there to encourage you and answer any questions you may have.
Tap into our online program and track your results as well as access recipes on our new iPhone & Android app. Our coaches can be contacted on our Facebook page or via email for more personal questions, or for those who don’t have Facebook.
Purchase either a 4 Phase Starter or Complete Pack before the challenge and you automatically qualify for the Challenge. If you have previously purchased a pack, then you are also eligible to join in. Make sure you register on the page to find out more details. We would love for you to join us!
