Roasted Pumpkin Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing
Topped with a healthy, creamy dressing, this is a colourful salad that packs an awesome flavour punch!

Cauliflower Garlic Bread
Satisfying and tasty and a great addition to a festive spread.

Tangy Salsa
Phase 2 doesn’t mean eating bland, boring food – as this zingy salsa attests!

Apple & Ginger Cider Jelly
Jelly – a childhood classic that’s perfectly acceptable for grown-ups too! Serve in cocktail glasses for a festive twist.

Chocolate Pancake
Make smaller versions of this Phase 2 favourite to wow your guests.
