Food plays a big part in most Christmas festivities, but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out if you are following the 4 Phase food philosophy! We have gathered some of our favourite Phase4eva recipes here, which are perfect for entertaining – we have even included a couple of ideas for those of you on Phase 2!
