An easy, delicious, one-pan wonder for those of you in Phase4eva. Great for busy families…simply marinate the chicken overnight and then transfer to a pan with the dressed veggies to cook.
1.Make a paste with the honey, cinnamon and coconut oil and add it into a bowl with chicken and let marinate over night or for a few hours, stirring occasionally.
2.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3.Chop the vegetables and place in a bowl and stir through the seeded mustard, coconut oil and maple syrup.
4.Place the chicken and vegetables in the oven and cook for 45-60 minutes until crisp.
