First round I was blown away at my 10KG weight loss. I'm small and with a start weight of 74KG, a 10KG loss was significant and everyone was raving about how amazing I looked. I tried to be diligent with phase 4 but foods that I should have avoided crept in and I added a couple of kgs.
I didn’t want to stop there, so after the recommended wait period, I did round 2 and lost a further 7KG bringing my total loss to 15KG (taking into account my slip!)
Over the course of the year, I've completed the program 4 times. It was a big year which included the heart break of losing my dear dad to cancer so of course, there were long periods where I didn’t successfully manage my diet the way I would have liked.
Fast forward to Xmas eve 2016 and the last day of my 4th phase 4 and my weight was down to 55KG. Down almost 20KG!!!!!!! 20cm off my waist and 10cm off each thigh, and 6 off my arms. Amazing.
It’s March 2017 and my weight is stable at 56KG. It is now a way of life. I have no desire for starchy foods which were my undoing for the first 45 years of my life! The fact that my body is not working the way it should, means that 'will power' is not required.
Thank you for creating such a sensible program. It’s hard core I won’t lie, but doable and amazing results are achievable.
