ONLINE PROGRAM TROUBLESHOOTING

The account details you setup when you purchased your complete or starter pack, also become your login details for the online program and app. If you are experiencing any issues, please try the following.

  1. Password reset – if you are unsure of your password, please press the ‘forgot your password?’ link and follow the prompts.
  2. The correct link to login to the online program is https://programs.4phasefatloss.com/login
  3. If you have done the above and still cannot access, please contact the office and they can reset your password and check the email is correct. Email – support@4phasefatloss.com or phone (07) 5493 7135.

Please note – we are currently experiencing an issue with Afterpay and automation of setting up the online program and app. If you did purchase using Afterpay, please contact our office and they will be able to setup the account for you. We are currently working with Afterpay to rectify this issue.

This may be due to incorrect starting dates in your online tracker. Please check your start dates on your health tracker in phase one and two, to make sure they line up with your starting weight entry days. If not please change the dates, save and refresh the page. If it still isn’t correct, please contact support – support@4phasefatloss.com

Go to the Phase you are currently on and press the ‘add new’ button. It will come up with a drop down menu and select the day you wish to add and press the ‘Add’ button.

You can remove a round that you have accidentally added by going to the bottom of the my result | health tracker page. Click on the ‘remove current round’ button and this will remove the new round and you can continue using your current round.

You can find your starting weight under the ‘self evaluation – let’s begin’ tab on the my result | health tracker page. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page, and enter/change and then press save. This entry along with your goal weight, will help track your progress % on the program and in your app.

APP TROUBLESHOOTING

  • The app is only available for those who have purchased a 4 Phase Protocol starter pack or complete pack
  • Your login details are the email address and password you created when ordering your pack, which is also the same login details to your online program
  • To reset your password, please go to your program page – https://programs.4phasefatloss.com/login and you can reset by clicking the ‘forgot your password’ link
  • If all of the above does not work, please contact us – support@4phasefatloss.com
  • If you have been entering data in your online program, and the start dates in your program are correct, then the data will be automatically loaded into your app.
  • If you have started but have NOT been recording any data in your online program, you will need to login to your program first and put in some starting dates of your phase/s, and save, then open the app and it should recognise what day you are on. You can backdate any weight entries, or meal diary entries if you wish. These start dates can be found on your health tracker page.
  • If you have been entering data in your online program, and the start dates in your program are correct, then the data will be automatically loaded into your app.
  • If you have started but have NOT been recording any data in your online program, you will need add the data on your health tracker page  first and put in some starting dates of your phase/s, and save, then open the app and it should recognise what day you are on. You can backdate any weight entries, or meal diary entries if you wish. These start dates can be found on your health tracker page.

This is likely to be due to incorrect starting dates on your health tracker page, or starting the app too early, which can trigger an early start date.

To adjust start dates on the app

  1. Click on the more button in the bottom right hand corner
  2. Click on adjust phase date
  3. Select the phase you are in and wish to adjust
  4. Select the new start date, then press adjust
  5. This should now adjust your phase start dates and re-align your days
  6. You can enter any previous missing weights and meal diary entries if need be
  7. If it doesn’t show correctly, please press the refresh button in the top right hand corner

If it still isn’t correct, please contact support – support@4phasefatloss.com

  1. Click on the progress chart
  2. Click on the ‘start’ box in the top left hand corner and enter your starting weight & save.
  3. When you go back to the dashboard it should adjust the %.
  4. If not,  press the refresh button in the top right hand corner that looks like a cloud.

Yes, you can!

  1. Go the weight entry screen
  2. Select the date you wish to add
  3. Add the weight entry and save
  4. go back to the dashboard and hit the refresh button in the top right hand corner
  5. When you go back to the weight entry screen, the dates and days should re-align

Weight entries are broken down into phases, therefore once you enter into phase 2, you will not see a list of phase 1 weights on your screen. To view previous phase weight entries

  1. Click on the ‘see more  entries’ link on the ‘add weight’ page
  2. Click on the ‘Phase: 2 & 3’ drop down menu and change to phase 1 (or whichever phase you wish to view)
  3. This will show all entries for that phase

Depending on how many reminders you want throughout the day. Most people choose to take their drops 3 times a day, however you can take drops twice a day, 3 times a day or 6 times a day.

  1. Choose the amount of times you take your drops per day by sliding to 2, 3 or 6
  2. Once you have chosen this, click the arrow in the top right hand corner
  3. To setup your desired time, press the ‘set’ button at the bottom of the screen and select your first time
  4. Press the ‘set’ button again and enter another time. Do this until you set up all your reminders
  5. Press the arrow back button in the top left hand corner, then press it again and it will take you back to the main home screen
  6. The reminders will then come up at the set times.

If you have accidentally added a new round and you haven’t entered any date, then you can easily roll back to your previous round. If you are not sure you have done this, check the round, phase, day at the top of your app screen. You will also see no data on your screen as it has created a fresh round.

Instructions

  1. Click on the more button in the bottom right hand corner
  2. Click on the ‘Delete current round’ button
